| Abstract: | This article describes how to design and implement the college E-Paper based on HTML file dynamic generation technique by using computer network and database technique.The article emphasizes the techniques of editing the hotspot on graph and dynamic creation of the static web page.Finally,the article introduces the application of the above two techniques. |
