摘    要:教学时间有限性与教学内容无限性是高等学校教学工作中的一对十分棘手的矛盾,在学年制背景下,这个问题一直困扰着高等学校教学管理部门。这两年来,大学生就业制度的改革和干部人事制度的变化,为高校实行学分制提供了外在的制度基础。学分制的实行可以在一定程度上解决这对矛盾,但又会制造新的矛盾,比如教学工作要求与教学资源不足的矛盾。

Abstract:Finite teaching time and infinite teaching contents conflict each other in university teaching, which often bothers university teaching management departments. In recent years, reforms in students' employment system and cadre personnel system have provided a system guarantee for the practice of credit system. The implementation of the credit system can to some extent solve the above-mentioned conflicts. However, new problems will arise, for example, conflicts between teaching demands and insufficient teaching resources.
