| 摘 要： | 以2008年立项的23所国家示范高职院校为例,建立基于CORPS模式的高职院校绩效评价体系,研究这些院校在深化教育教学改革、创新人才培养模式、提高社会服务能力和创建办学特色等方面所取得的成绩.结果显示,高职院校在各因素的发展水平不均衡,各高职院校的总体发展水平也不均衡；总体来看,各高职院校普遍对服务对象、业务运作和师资力量等方面较为重视.

| Abstract: | Taking 23 national demonstration higher vocational schools approved in 2008 as the case,constructing the performance evaluation system for higher vocational schools based on CORPS model,to study the achievements in deepening education and teaching reform,innovating talents cultivation model,improving social service ability and building school-running characteristics of these higher vocational schools,and the results showed that,the development level of various factors of higher vocational schools is imbalance;the overall development level of higher vocational schools is also imbalance;on the whole,higher vocational schools generally pay attention to the service objects,business operations and teaching staff development. |
