| Abstract: | With two years of exploration and practice, Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic （CDAFF） has scientifically de- fined the five matters related to Party - government - joint meeting system. CDAFT also focuses on three types of Rela-tionships, thus realizing four Benefits. Party - government - joint meeting system in departments enhances scientific deci- sion making, transparency in discussion, and promotes the democratization, normalization and scientific approach toward department work. |
