| 摘 要： | 本通过对亚太经合组织发展历程的回顾，证明了亚太经合组织在亚太地区合作中功不可没，否定了那种认为该组织“一无是处”，无异于“聊天俱乐部”的说法，但与此同时，亚太经合组织仍存在许多缺陷与不足，面临重重挑战，针对这些情况，本提出相应的对策，以期能对APEC功能的进一步完善起一定作用。
