| 摘 要： | 美国、英国、法国、日本等发达国家的数字图书馆宏观管理都由相应并且较为固定的国家相关研究机构和部门来执行。但目前在我国的数字图书馆建设上存在多头领导、缺少统一管理等方面的缺点。发达国家数字图书馆的宏观管理经验值得我们借鉴。参考文献8。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the author makes a comparative study of digital library management in U.S.A,U.K.,France,Japan and other developed countries,which have their own national responsible research institutions and management departments.In China,however,there is a lack of central management.The author recommends learning from the experiences of the developed countries and establishing efficient management mechanisms.8 refs. |
