| 摘 要： | 伴随着社会的发展以及教育学、心理学、社会学等学科的影响,就业指导理论经历了从人职匹配的职业指导阶段发展到关注全人发展和终身发展的生涯指导阶段,并相应产生了几种不同的就业指导理论。了解这些理论和实践对我国还处在起步阶段的就业指导工作大有裨益。

| Abstract: | With the societal development and the pedagogical influence,psychology and sociology,vocational counsel has undergone great changes from emphasis on the match between vocational counseling and vocations to the emphasis on the development of the full men and the whole life career.As a result,some corresponding theories have emerged.It is very conducive for vocational guidance at its beginning in China to understand these theories and their practice. |
