浅谈逻辑陷阱及其应对方法

所谓逻辑陷阱 ,是指为了置对方于不利境地而在判断或推理方面所设置的圈套。它包括使用复杂问语 ,设置虚假前提或构建错误推理。应对复杂问语的方法有两种 :一是对问语本身从根本上加以否定 ;二是采取“回避性反问”的方式。应对推理方面的逻辑陷阱 ,方法有四种 :一是指出其前提虚假 ;二是指出其推理的形式错误 ;三是利用归谬法反驳 ;四是不予理睬。

On the Logical-trap and Its Relevant Solutioin

As we know,the logical trap is a kind of trap that is set up in the process of judgment or reasoning in order to place the opposite to a disadvantage condition.Generally it includes:use of complicated discourses and fixed setting of false premise or constructing of fictitious reasoning.Two ways to the former.one is to deny the discourse itself thoroughly,the other is to take the measure of the avoidance rhetorical question.While four to the latter:(1)showing the false premise,(2)pointing out the mistaken reasoning mode,(3)using the reduction to absurdity to refute,(4)paying no attertion.
