硫酸锰分步浸出研究及生产实践

摘    要:突破锰矿浸出生产硫酸锰溶液的传统一步浸出工艺,将不同价值、不同品位的碳酸锰矿、一氧化锰矿等进行分步投料,获得更好的浸出效果、提高回收率,尤其是第一步高价值碳酸锰矿的二价锰浸出率达到90%以上,第二步低度矿中杂质较少的浸入溶液,对提高金属锰电解的单板产量产生重要促进作用,对电解金属锰、电解二氧化锰行业技术发展产生深远影响。

Research of Manganese Sulfate Leaching Step by Step and Production Practice
Abstract:The research of this paper breakthroughed the traditional craft of one step leaching Manganese sulfate from manganese.In order to get better leaching results and icrease the recovery rate,Especially to vimprove Leaching rate of the First step of high-value price of omanganese carbonate of Divalent to more than 90%,Different value,different grade of Manganese carbonate,manganese oxide and other minerals are feeded step by step.In the second step,Low-grade Mine impurities are less immersed in the solution.This Have an important development of improving Electrolytic manganese production of the board and have a profound impact on industry technology.of the electrolytic manganese metal,electrolytic manganese dioxide.
