| 摘 要： | 千姿百态的人类文化具有两种基本的类型———农耕型与游牧型。而两种不同类型的文化则主要源于两种不同类型的食物结构———以植物食物为主的植食结构和以动物食物为主的肉食结构———及其生产方式。归根结底,则源于植物与动物的不同特性。抓住了植物性和动物性的差异,便抓住了两种不同类型文化的根本;抓住了两种不同类型的文化,便抓住了文化比较的根本。

| Abstract: | The varied human cultures can be classified into two main types: husbandry and nomandic,which are originated from two different food structures:plant-based structure and animal-based structure as well as their modes of production.In a word,the differences are rooted in the different features of plants and animals.To contrast different cultures,it is essential to distinguish the different features of animals and plants. |
