| 摘 要： | 东晋孝武帝时期，谢安与桓冲为了本门阀的利益既相互斗争，又相互合作。他们之间的矛盾关系，不仅受门阀政治的制约，更受皇权政治的制约，反映出所谓的“东晋门阀政治”实质上还是皇权政治。
