高校教务管理信息化的研究与设计

本文从高校教务管理信息化的重要性和现状出发，介绍了当前高校管理信息化所出现的问题，主要包括规划不当、运行不完整、人员变动大、工作人员能力低、人才缺乏等。针对以上问题，提出了几点有效的建议，主要包括：合理规划系统软件设计、保证基本信息的准确性和人才的培养等。本文提出的建议可以作为高校建设教务信息化管理系统的参考。

Research and Design of Information-based College Edu- cational Management

From the importance and current situation of college information-based educational administration, this paper intro-duces the current problems existing in college information-based management, including inadequate planning, incomplete opera-tion, major personnel changes, low staff capacity, and lack of tal-ents. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward some effective suggestions, mainly including： rational planning to en-sure the system software design, the basic accuracy of information and personnel training etc. The proposal presented in this paper can be used as the reference for the construction of college infor-mation-based educational management system.
