| 摘 要： | 党的十六届六中全会在《决定》中指出,我们要建设的社会主义和谐社会是一种"民主法制、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处"的社会,而和谐招生考试是社会公平、稳定、自由、和谐的基础。以人为本,科学管理,实现招生考试公平、公正;依法治考、从严治考,进一步严肃考风考纪,杜绝考场舞弊;依法治招,进一步落实"阳光工程",确保招生考试的安全、公平、公正。
