关于我国现有社会保障困境及出路的思考

建国几十年来,我国的社会保障事业得到了迅速发展。尤其是进入80年代后,社会保障的各个领域进行了深刻的改革,初步建立起了较为完备的社会保障体系。然而,由于长期以来我国的社会保障制度在计划经济体制范畴内运行,已经远远不能适应当前建立社会主义市场经济体制的要求,亟待深化改革,加速健全和完善。

Some Thoughts on the Current Predicament and Outlet of Social Security in China

Since the foundation of China,Chinese social security system has got rapid development.With the reform deepening in several fields of social security,the comparatively perfect social security system in China is initially established.However,it has been affected greatly by the long-term planned economic system.It is urgent to promote the reform and reconstruction of social security system in order to adapt it to the China's socialist market economy system.
