当前成人教育课程建设存在的问题及实用对策

成人教育课程建设作为成人教育改革和发展的核心问题,当前存在着体系求全与针对性差、内容陈旧与实用性弱、理论研究与操作实践脱节、课程服务与前瞻性不足等诸多实际问题。对此,成人教育课程建设理应采取全面性与针对性结合、新颖性与实用性并存、实践性与理论性并重、现实性与前瞻性兼顾的实用对策,从而达到成人教育课程建设整体优化的目标。

The Problems and some Practical Countermeasures in Today's Adult Education Curriculum Construction

As the very core of the reform and development in the adult education field, adult curriculum construction has seen a lot of practical problems. This paper presents these problems of seeking perfect system and lacking satisfying pertinence, antiquated content and weak practicability, being disjointed between the theoretical study and practical operations, as well as being deficient in curriculum services and future concern in the process of curriculum construction. For this, the adult education should adopt some practical countermeasures including integrating all-sided features and its pertinence, mix novelty and its practicability, paying equal attention to its practices and theory developing, and also giving attention to its application both today and in the future so as to achieve the goal of optimizing the adult,education curriculum construction as a whole.
