| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代下，各国掀起了一股高等教育改革的浪潮。通过介绍以英、德等国为代表的发达国家为顺应国际趋势而普遍采取的一些改革举措，并在分析的基础上得到几点启示，以期对我国高等教育的持续发展产生一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | In the knowledge-based economy, the world has witnessed a wave of higher education revolution. The essay presents the measures taken by the representative economies of developed UK., Germany and etc. adaptable to the global trends. It concludes that the measures can be used for reference in China's higher education's sustainable development. |
