摘    要:教师作为专门职业人员需要不断发展,生态取向下的教师继续教育观可以从更深层上激发和促进教师的专业发展。本文从生态视角来阐述教师继续教育的内涵,以及教师继续教育的要点,并提出了生态取向下教师继续教育的发展策略。

Abstract:Teachers as professional personnel need to develop continually,the theory of teachers,continuing education in view of ecological tendency can understands and researches teachers,continuing education in a deeper level,provides a new opportunity for teachers,continuing education.In this dissertation,we discuss the meaning of teachers,continuing education,the main points of the development of teachers,continuing education and put forward the developmental strategies form the perspective of ecology.
