摘    要:为了了解植物根尖试验的实验条件,应用黄瓜(Cucumis sativus)、莴苣(Lactucasativa)、萝卜(Raphanus sativus)3种植物为材料,硫酸钢为化学处理试剂,选择理想的敏感试验植物,研究其根尖细胞有丝分裂的高峰期,从而决定采样固定时间及化学处理的时间。实验结果选择了黄瓜为根尖试验材料;中午11:00为其采样固定时间;化学处理时间为1至3天,每天采样1次。

Abstract:To investigate plant root tip test experimental conditions, Cucumis sativus, Lactuca sativa, and Raphanus sativus are employed as test materials in present research. Copper sulphate as chemical treated reagent. The purposes of the investigation are to select perfect and sensitive test plants, to study the peakp- eriod of root tip cell division and therefore to dicide its sampling and fasting time, and dicide the chemical treating time.
