| 摘 要： | 由于传统的体制弊端,我国男排的整体水平在过去的十几年内跌入了低谷,出现了新老交替的脱节现象.从北航男排打进全国排球联赛这一现象为切入点,分析我国培养男排后备人才传统模式存在的问题,并提出发展我国男排后备人才的新模式,对我国排球事业的发展有一定的理论价值.

| Abstract: | Because of the traditional system drawback, the integral level of the men's volleyball in our country falls into the lowest ebb over the past ten years, the discrepancy of the succession of the old by the new has appeared. This text views for a berth in this phenomenon of national league volleyball tournament as the breakthrough point with the men's volleyball of Beijing Institute of Aeronautics, it is analyzed that our country trains the reserve talent's traditional mode existing problem of men's volleyball, putting forward the new mode of developing reserve talents of men's volleyball of our country, there is certain theory value to the development of the undertaking of volleyball of our country. |
