走出GDP增长误区以科学的发展观实现经济社会全面发展

改革开放以来，中国经济保持了快速增长。但遗憾的是，在这一进程中再现了类似于上世纪60年代多数发展中国家遇到的现象和问题。究其原因在于一些同志的发展观出现了偏差。走出GDP增长的误区，消除其片面性及危害性，树立和落实中央提出的全面、协调、可持续的发展观已刻不容缓。

With the reform and openning, Chinese economy has maintained fast increase. Unfortunately, similar problems that most developing countries met in 1960s appear in the process. The reason lies in the misunderstanding of the development view. It is time to avoid misunderstanding of GDP increase, eliminate its partiality and hazards, establish and implement the development view put forward by the Central Committee for all-round, coodinated and sustained development.
