| 摘 要： | 通过对近10年来世界女排三大赛事的分析，了解掌握世界女排新格局变化中的阶段特征、影响变化的因素和欧美与亚洲女排诸强发展的平衡与打破平衡的若干要素。阐述中国女排训练基本思路和重点攻关的议题及对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the three world major women' s volleyball tournaments in the past 10 years, this paper focuses on how to master the features of the new setup of women' s volleyball teams, and the key factors that causes the changes and some others that keep or break balance of the levels of all the world leading women' s volleyball teams. This states the general concepts of the Chinese Women' s Volleyball Team in the training, and the key strategies for some breakthrough. |
