| Abstract: | Undertaking industrial transfer from Yangtze River Delta has positive effects on Anhui industrial innovation,but also obvious negative effects,such as weakening the driving force of technological innovation,blocking industrial upgrading,hindering the improving of industrial structure and restricting technology progress.To achieve leapfrog development,Anhui need take effective measures to prevent these negative effects. |
