论文化因素对区域经济发展的影响——兼谈以文化先行推动湖南经济发展

文化因素在经济发展中起到了越来越重要的作用,现代经济竞争实质上是一种文化力的竞争。区域文化作为一种潜在价值判断标准系统和行为标准系统,深刻地影响着人们的思维习惯和行为模式。落后的、不适应市场经济发展的区域文化极大地阻碍了区域经济的发展。推动落后地区的经济发展,必须首先改造当地的区域文化。湖南作为一个经济发展相对落后的内陆省份,要快速发展市场经济必须扬弃传统的湖湘文化,为经济发展提供一个健康的文化环境。

About the Impact of Cultural Factor on Regional Economic Development--Promote the Development of Economy of Hunan through Culture

The cultural factor plays a more and more important role in economic development. The modem economic competition is in fact a competition of certain cultural strength. As a kind of standard system of potemtial value judgment and behaviior, regional culture is influencing people' s thinking habit and behavior mode deeply. The stagnant and regional culture which does not meet the requirement for market economic development has greatly hampered regional economy development. In Order to promote the economic development of less undeveloped areas, we must at first renovate local regional culture. As an inland province with relatively sluggish economic development, Hunan must reform Huxiang culture to offer a healthy cultural environment for accelerating its development of market economy.
