| 摘 要： | 在卫生事业发展中．卫生人力资源是其中最重要的部分，是卫生工作中最活跃的因素，对新世纪“十二五”规划中新医疗体制改革成败具有重要作用。开展对医院卫生人力资源管理的方法和技术研究，对推动医院持续发展，为广大人民群众提供更为优质的医疗服务有着重要意义。

To imple- ment the research on methods and techniques of medical human resources management in hospitals is of great significance to the sustainable development of hospitals and the improvement of medical service for the people. |
