浅谈职业人格教育

职业人格的培养是一个复杂的系统工程。其中，各类职业学校的教育是一支主导力量，承担着培养职业人格的重任。现代职业教育在培养学生的文化素质，专业技能和技巧的同时，还应着眼于培养学生具备相应的职业人格。充分发挥课堂教学、社会实践、教师的人格魅力和校园文化的综合作用，对学生进行健康的职业心理教育，坚定的职业意识教育和良好的职业道德教育，使受教育者成为社会职业所需的具有健全职业人格的应用型人才。
