摘    要:职业人格的培养是一个复杂的系统工程。其中,各类职业学校的教育是一支主导力量,承担着培养职业人格的重任。现代职业教育在培养学生的文化素质,专业技能和技巧的同时,还应着眼于培养学生具备相应的职业人格。充分发挥课堂教学、社会实践、教师的人格魅力和校园文化的综合作用,对学生进行健康的职业心理教育,坚定的职业意识教育和良好的职业道德教育,使受教育者成为社会职业所需的具有健全职业人格的应用型人才。

Abstract:The cultivation of professonal personality is a complicated systematic engineering. Among which, education delivered by various professional schools. as a main leading force, has been undertaking the heavy work of cultivating students with professional personality. While cultivating students for cultural quality, special technical ability and technique, we should also pay attention to the esucation of their corresponding professional personality which they should have. Bring into full play the comprehensive function of combining class teaching, social practice, teachers' personality glamour and campus culture and educating students in the respect of healthy professional psychology, firm profession sense and good professional ethics so that the educated will become qualified persons of application type with perfect professional personality required by social propfessions.
