| 摘 要： | 为了提高本科生教学质量,增加研究生教学经历,减轻教师的教学负担,曼彻斯特大学实施了教学助理制度。教学助理(Teaching Assistant),不仅可以顾及到每个本科生的学习情况,减轻教师的教学负担,而且也可以培养研究生,特别是博士研究生的教学技能和提高他们的综合素质。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the teaching quality of undergraduates, enrich the teaching experiences of postgraduates, as well as lighten the teaching burden of teachers, the University of Manchester implements teaching assistant system. Under such system, teaching assistants can pay attention to every student about their studying progresses, which, as a result, eases the burden of teachers. Meanwhile, it also provides opportunities for postgraduates, especially doctoral candidates, to develop their teaching technique and improve their comprehensive quality. |
