当前大学生“村官”培训存在的问题及对策探析

大学生"村官"培训对于加强大学生"村官"知识能力建设、提升农村基层组织执政能力具有重要的现实意义。但是,在实践中,对大学生"村官"培训的重要性认识不够、培训体系不健全等问题制约了培训工作的深入开展,因此应该从明确指导思想、建立培训法律保障体系、完善大学生"村官"培训体系等方面着手完善大学生"村官"培训工作。

The Problems and Solutions of Little Village Official Training

Little village official training has already helped little village official's individual ability and governing capability of the rural grass-roots organizations. However,some problems constrain development of training,such as Lacking of awareness about the importance of training and imperfection of the training system. So,we must improve little village official training from clearing guiding principle,establishing legal protection system and developing the training system.
