| 摘 要： | 如何使大学生的综合素质与社会要求相适应,是高等教育工作者面临的一个重要课题。通过将企业对大学生综合素质需求与在校大学生认为企业要求毕业生应具备的综合素质进行分析对比,找出两者的差异,有助于分析目前高校综合素质教育的特点和探讨高校提高大学生综合素质的基本对策。

| Abstract: | How to make the comprehensive qualities suitable for the demands of society is an important issue facing the high education workers.Through comparing with the comprehensive qualities which the enterprises require and the ones which the college students think they should have,identify the difference between the two situations,analyze the current characteristics of college comprehensive qualities education,propose the basic responses which can raise the comprehensive qualities of college students. |
