| 摘 要： | MBA课程设置的科学性和有效性一直是国内外教育领域关注的焦点。为保障教学质量,实现MBA教学可持续发展,以湖南师范大学商学院为例,将全面质量管理理论(TQM)应用于MBA课程体系设置。在综合考虑其师资力量和办学条件的前提下,结合调查问卷分析结果,设计了由八大模块构成的课程体系,为MBA院校有效开展课程教学提供了理论依据和技术支持。

| Abstract: | The practicability and the validity of the MBA curriculum design has been one of the most attractive focuses in educational research field.In order to guarantee the quality of academic input and its sustainable development,TQM has been applied in the MBA curriculum design.Considering teaching condition and the results of questionnaire,MBA curriculum system has been designed,consisting of eight modules,which would provide theory evidence and technical support for MBA course launching. |
