| Abstract: | Some constructive suggestions of attracting readers to a higher school library are discussed in this paper, they are making a library fully known to readers, setting up a good enquiry system, making an all-round investigation on reading, increasing book storage, enforcing publicity about reading instructions, improving librarians' all-around qualities and so on. |
