| 摘 要： | 面对市场竞争和社会对毕业生质量的多样化要求,现代大学必须对学生的学习负责,因而优良的教学管理制度对提高学生的学习质量具有重要的作用。重构现代大学教学管理理念、确立现代大学教学管理制度的价值取向、重视院校研究,提高大学教学管理制度的适切性应是优化现代大学教学管理制度的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Facing with the market competiton and diversified quality demands of the graduates,modern universities must be responsible for students' learning.So a good university's management system plays a significant role in improving the quality of students' learning.Restruction of the idea of university's management system and building of its value orientation as well as improvement of its effectiveness based on university research are effective measures which should be taken. |
