| Abstract: | The urban development in the 21st century must be based on powerful urban comprehensive competence. This paper discusses that the core of urban comprehensive competence is functions of highly efficient urban collecting and radiating, and emphasizes urban comprehensive competence characteristics with systematization?variability and diversity. Finally, the writer points out several beneficial inspirations to the urban development in China. |
