对我国家族企业可持续发展的思考

摘    要:家族企业是世界各国私营企业初创阶段的主要形式,也是目前我国非公有制经济的主要形式。但当企业发展到一定规模时,家族式管理的许多弊端便显露出来。分析了家族企业在管理制度、用人机制、创业者权力障碍、经验管理等方面存在的问题,从人本观念、创业者、管理层、股权激励等角度提出家族企业如何突破自身局限,走可持续发展之路。

Abstract:Family companies are the principal form in the early stage of private enterprises in every country of the world and also the main form of non-public-owned economy in present China.However,when the family companies have developed to a certain scale,their family-mannered management will display many drawbacks.The author of this paper first conducts analyses of the(self-)defects of family companies in their management system,employment mechanism,right impediment of pioneers,experience administration and then advises how family companies should break through their own limitations so as to achieve sustainable development from the angles of(human-orientation) concept,pioneering spirit,management layer as well as the simulation of stock ownership.
