| 摘 要： | 目前的运动生物力学研究过分机械化,忽视了人体的生物特点,致使理论无法指导实践。事实上,运动生物力学是一门多学科交叉的边缘学科,以一般力学为基础,结合生物体的生物特点,通过研究生物体的机械运动来进一步探讨生物运动的本质规律和内在原因。

| Abstract: | The research on biomechanics is too mechanical at present,neglecting the biology characteristics of the human body,which causes the theories to fail to guide the fulfillment.In fact,sports biomechanics is a newly arisen edge course which has many courses crossing,based on general mechanics,combined the biology features of human body.This paper discovered the essence regulation and basic reason of human movement. |
