| 摘 要： | 人的素质低下和基本能力缺乏，是制约欠发达地区经济社会发展的主要原因，而教育与文化浸润是提升人的素质与基本能力的重要手段。本文在分析欠发达地区发展中等职业教育的必要性和现状的基础上，指出文化是影响欠发达地区中等职业教育发展的重要因素，并从“教育偏好”和“教育选择空间”的角度加以说明。

| Abstract: | People's lower quality and insufficient basic ability are the main reasons to restrict the economic development in undeveloped areas.Education and culture infiltration are the important ways to upgrade people's quality and basic ability.Based on analysing the necessity of developing secondary vocational education in undeveloped areas and its current situation, the article points out that culture is the important factor to influence the development of secondary vocational education in undeveloped areas and explains it from the angle of educational fondness and educational choosing space. |
