论晚清皇族的改革意识———以奕訢为中心的探究

自《北京条约》以后,以奕訢为首的地主开明派逐渐改变了对西方列强的看法。奕訢的改革意识经历了一个从练兵到制器,最后到人才培养的从无到有,由浅入深的进化过程。为了保证改革实践能够顺利进行,他们对内追求自强,对外力保和局,争取改革自强以求御辱。奕訢的改革意识的形成和实践在客观上是符合中国近代化趋势,顺应历史潮流的。

On the Awareness of Reform of Royalty in the Late Qing Dynasty in China

After the Peking Treaty was signed,some royalties represented by YiXin changed their attitudes toward the western countries.YiXin’s awareness of reform had undergone a turning from focus on training the army to manufacturing weapons and the talent training.In order to make the reform goes smoothly,they sought self-improvement inside and strove for the peace outside.In a word,YiXin’s reform is conform to the trend of modernization and goes along with the historical tide.
