On Construction of A New Framework for Ideological Work in RTVU

RTVU's ideological work is facing both inside and outside new environments. In order to construct the new framework of ideological work, we must have a general strategy thinking with the spirit of keeping steps with the time, adhere on the principle of service first, all-roundly merged, active constructing, exploring and enterprising. We should raise new tide of "spiritual project", explore and use new media, promote the infrastructure to a new level, and show new face in institutional building.
