论人本管理的意蕴

摘    要:文章主要从管理的概念、管理的本质出发,着重阐释人本管理的实质是以人为根本的管理。人本管理的理论基础是对人的科学认识,最后归结到人本管理的核心内容是自我管理。强调自我管理是一个复杂的过程,这个过程的完成需要组织的授权、管理个体的自我认识、自我完善和自我实现。

Abstract:This paper, starting with the concept and nature of management, attempts to stress that human management is, in essence, the management based on humans, with the scientific cognition of humans being its basis and self-management being its core. It is emphasized that self-management is a complex process, the fulfillment of which involves being authorized by a certain institution as well as the self-awareness, self-perfection and self-realization of the individuals concerned.
