摘    要:通过调查中国274家企业,研究组织记忆对企业创新绩效影响过程,研究结果表明,组织记忆对企业创新绩效有显著正向影响,企业知识共享行为在其中起到部分的中介效应,而企业家社会资本调节了知识共享和企业创新绩效之间关系,并对研究结论进行讨论。

Abstract:The internal influence mechanism of organizational memory to the enterprise innovation performance is still an important topic to study. Knowledge sharing is one of the key factors affecting knowledge management. Organizational memory is an aggregation of enterprise knowledge, and Knowledge sharing plays an important role in organizational memory. According to the investigation which comes from 274 companies, we studied the influencing process the organizational memory to the enterprise innovation performance. The research results show that the organization memory have some positive relationship with the enterprise innovation performance. While the knowledge-sharing play a partial intermediary role in it. And the social capital of entrepreneurs adjust the relationship between knowledge sharing and enterprise innovation performance. At the end of the paper, we also have a discussion on research conclusions
