大学德育中实施个性教育的研究

大学德育旨在使学生形成自己的道德信念，而道德信念的形成离不开学生主体性的充分发挥，更与大学生自觉、自愿、自为的心理分不开。同时，大学生的个性认识差异又是客观存在的。只有充分发挥大学生的积极性、主动性和创造性，才能使大学德育教育真正转化为学生的自觉行为，因此，必须正确认识大学生的个性教育，开创一条适合大学生个性发展的创新之路。

The Research of Performing Personality Education in Moral Education of University

The objection of moral education in university is to form students' confidence. While the confidence is not isolated with their initiative. Furthermore it isn't separate with their psychology either. In the meantime the difference between the students' recognition exists objective. Only bringing the students' initiative into full play and correcting their mistaken understanding in developing university students' personality can we transfer our moral education into their volunteering activities indeed.
