摘    要:主要研究H2O2在光/暗调节的花粉萌发中的作用.实验结果显示:(1)紫荆花粉萌发最适硼酸浓度为25μg/mL;(2)暗能抑制紫荆花粉的萌发和花粉管的伸长;(3)在一定浓度(0-200μmol/L)范围内,H2O2能促进暗抑制的花粉萌发;(4)抗坏血酸(Vc)能够逆转H2O2对暗抑制花粉萌发的促进效应;(5)然而在一定浓度(0—200μmol/L)范围内,H2O2不能促进暗抑制的花粉管伸长生长.实验结果表明:H2O2作为胞内重要的信号分子可能促进暗抑制花粉萌发,但对暗抑制的花粉管伸长生长的作用不明显.

Abstract:The role of H2O2 in the light/dark-regulated pollen germination.The results showed that :(1)the optimum H3BO3 concentration of tube germination and tube growth is 25 μgl/mL.(2)dark can inhibited pollen germination and tube growth;(3)In certain concentration(0-200 μmol/L);H2O2 can promote the dark-inhibited pollen germination;(4) Ascorbic acid(VC)can reverse the promotion effect of H2O2 on the dark-inhibited pollen germination;(5)While H2O2 cann't promote pollen tube growth in certain concentration(0-200 μmol/L).The results indicated: as important message molecule,H2O2 can promote the dark-inhibited pollen germination,but have not effect on the pollen tube growth obviously.
