| 摘 要： | 陇东南地区的民营经济已初具规模,个私企业蓬勃发展,从业人员不断增加,国内生产总值、工业增加值、上缴税金等各项指标在经济成分中所占比重逐年提高,呈现出良好的发展势头。然而,初创阶段的问题非常多,主要存在着所有制方面的体制性障碍、市场准入难、资金不足、企业家及其员工素质差、管理模式落后、产业结构层次较低等方面的问题。

| Abstract: | The private economy in Southeastern Gansu has developed healthily fast. Nevertheless, problems abound at the initial stage, such as faulty institutions, difficult market access, insufficient fund, poor quality of entrepreneurs and their staff, and poor administration. |
