| 摘 要： | 魏延被杀是魏延与杨仪为争夺权力而发生内讧的结果。对这场内讧，诸葛亮负有责任；他对魏延和杨仪两人的矛盾认识不够；他没有搞好权力交接；他不该在临终时有所偏废。魏延被杀与诸葛亮去逝一样是蜀汉由盛而衰的转折点。

| Abstract: | Death of WEI Yan is the result of power fight between WEI Yan and YANG Yi,and ZHUGE Liang should be responsible for the internal conflict:firstly,he doesn't fully realize the contradiction between WEI Yan and YANG Yi;Secondly ,he doesn't do well the transferral of power;finally,appoaching his end,he shouldn't emphasize one and neglect another between both of them.The being killed of WEI Yan as well as the death of ZHUGE Liang is the turning point of Shu Han from prosperity to decline. |
