摘    要:教师资格制度是国家对教师实行的一种法定的职业许可制度.建立并完善教师资格制度是当前我国师范教育改革与发展的重要一环,也是我国教师教育与国际接轨走向开放化和提高师资质量的重要措施.通过对我国教师资格制度的历史现状、意义与作用以及存在问题的解读和分析,对我国现行教师资格制度的改革提一些意见和建议,以期我国教师资格制度更加完善.

Abstract:Teacher qualification system is the legitimated vocational permission system for teachers b/ the state while establishing and improving teacher qualification system is the important step to promote China normal educatiort reform and development and the important measure to bring China teacher education in line with international practice and improve the quality of teaching staff. The author has made a deep study on the current situation, significance are existing problems of China teacher qualification system and produced some suggestions to the reform of China teacher qualification system, hoping to do some help to the improvement of the system.
