| 摘 要： | 在对现有国际直接投资理论进行独到分类介绍的同时,评析了它们发展脉络和存在的缺陷。同时,在现实急切呼唤统一的、符合实际的、具有广泛性的国际直接投资理论的背景下,提出了对国际直接投资理论的几点见解和对未来研究方向的几点建议。

Meanwhile, under the background of urgent demands for uniform and universal theory of FDI, the author then brings forward some viewpoints about the theory and makes some suggestions on the research direction in the future. |
