经济改革策略对教育改革的几点启示

经济改革有三个方面的重要策略.第一,采取试验法,重大改革政策出台之前先行试验.第二,重视制度建设,解决产权问题.第三,努力发展增量,特别是发展私有经济.这些策略给中国的经济改革带来了巨大好处.但是教育改革过程中,这三个策略的运用存在一些问题.如缺乏试验思想,试验范过于狭窄,试验力度不够;不是从制度层面去思考解决问题,没有解决产权问题;改革主要集中在对"存量"进行局部调整,不重视发展"增量".
