| 摘 要： | 宋教仁是近代中国杰出的资产阶级革命家和思想家，在31年短促的革命旅程中，致力于资产阶级法制思想研究和实践。他猛烈地揭露和批判清朝专制法制，提出依法治国的思想，并为中华民国初期法制建设作出巨大贡献。他重视人民权利，提出人民参加国家管理的途径。

| Abstract: | Song Jiaoren a well-known bourgeois revolutionist and thinker in modern China.During his only thirty-one years of revolutionary life he devoted himself to research and practice the legality of captitism.He strongly criticized and disclosed Qing Dynasty'arbitary,and raised the idea of runing a state by law.He made great contribution to the early construction of legalty of the people'nation of China.He paid attention to people'rights and raised the way for people to take part in country's admistration. |
