| 摘 要： | 尽管出现过各种关于法律的概念，但在当代中国的语境下，法律的核心是规则。法律规则并不是授权规则与义务规则的结合，法律规则是两类授权规则的结合：第一类授权规则授予权利，第二类授权规则授予权力。
