| 摘 要： | 对《BASE方案》实施过程中教材的编写、课程的安排、数据的收集和考试情况等进行了描述,指出《BASE方案》是行之有效的,可以采取多种方式实施《BASE方案》.同时强调,提高大学生的英语口语能力是一项综合性的系统工程.

| Abstract: | The compilation of textbooks, the organization of classes, the collection of data, tests, etc. for the application of "BASE Programme ( Being-Able-to-Speak-English Programme) "is described. It shows that BASE Programme is plausible and several ways should be tried to apply the programme. It also suggests that it is a comprehensive and systematic project to raise college students' oral English level. |
