LDO稳压器调整管模块的分析与设计

摘    要:调整管作为LDO线性稳压器的输出功率管是非常关键的模块,本文从LPNP和VPNP的版图和等效电路模型出发分析这两者的电流放大倍数β、集电极最大允许工作电流ICM和饱和压降VCE(SAT),并给出HSPICE的仿真结果,以此来把握LDO调整管模块的设计.

Abstract:Compensating pipe is a very important component of LDO regulator as output power device. This paper discusses and analyzes the current gain β, the collector max working current ICM and the saturation dropout voltage VCE(SAT) between LPNP and VPNP form the layout and the equivalent circuit, and at last the result is presented to understand the design of the compensating pipe of LDO.
